Dear TNBC E Members,

Happy Veterans Day, and thank you to all who have served and continue to serve our country.

I also want to express my sincere gratitude for your groundbreaking work in August when you unanimously voted to endorse Vice President Harris. This was a historic first for the Teamster National Black Caucus organization, and your courageous leadership will never be forgotten.

The election results this past Tuesday were certainly not what any of us had hoped for. However, now is not the time to mourn. Instead, we must stand tall, hold our heads high, and move forward, fighting for all working people.

More than ever, we must focus on organizing and building  TNBC. Our organization has gained national recognition, and we must remain united as we navigate the challenges ahead. In this election, we engaged Teamster members, their families, friends, and the broader community. I'm incredibly proud and grateful for the work TNBC has done on the frontlines of this fight.

As we look to the future of the American labor movement, we know we will face corporate bullies, racism, sexism, fear, and many other hurdles. But let's not rest now - let's continue the fight and engage our brothers and sisters.

Thank you all for your unwavering work and dedication. We are diligently working on finalizing the location and tentative dates of August 12-17 for next year's TNBC conference. Updates will be shared soon.
